Complete Setup<\/h3>\n\n<h4>STEP 1: Install Required Plugins<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Install and activate <strong>Formidable Forms Pro<\/strong> (requires valid license)<\/li>\n<li>Install and activate the <strong>Forms to PDF Add-on<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Install and activate this plugin<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>STEP 2: Create a PDF View<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>If you haven't yet, go to <strong>Formidable \u2192 Forms<\/strong> and create a new form (or use an existing one)<\/li>\n<li>To customize how you want the form data displayed in PDF, go to <strong>Formidable \u2192 Views<\/strong> and click <strong>\"Add New\"<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Create a new View to serve as your PDF template<\/li>\n<li>Using the built-in <strong>View Layout builder<\/strong>, start designing your layout however you like<\/li>\n<li>Add the form fields you want to appear in your PDF<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>\"Save Layout\"<\/strong> when you are done designing<\/li>\n<li><strong>Publish<\/strong> the view (very important - drafts won't work!)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Note the View ID<\/strong> - you'll see it in the Views list or in the URL when editing <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>STEP 3: Configure This Plugin<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Formidable \u2192 PDF View Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enter your <strong>PDF View ID<\/strong> from Step 2<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>\"Save Changes\"<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>STEP 4: Test the Functionality<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Formidable \u2192 Entries<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on any entry to view its details<\/li>\n<li>Look for <strong>\"Download View PDF\"<\/strong> button in the entry actions dropdown (top-right area)<\/li>\n<li>Click to download your formatted PDF<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3>Where to Find the PDF Button<\/h3>\n\n<p>The PDF download button appears in the <strong>entry actions dropdown<\/strong> when viewing individual form entries.
