## Description

Qiscus Multichannel Customer Service Chat is an accelerator package from Qiscus 
used to increase engagement on your customer service.
 This service will reach all
your customers through many messaging platforms, no need to worry whether they contact
you through Website widget, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Line, or even Telegram.

This accelerator package is equipped with several supporting features that facilitate
your customer service activities, such as
 messaging service integration, chat list
and chat list filter, bot-human integration, mobile access, etc.

This plugin is a web version of the integration in form of widget, which provides
an easy way to engage with customer via chat widget
 in your website. It helps you
to easily render the widget in your WordPress site.

## Installation

 1. Upload `qiscus-multichannel-widget` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Go to the Settings page and provide your Qiscus Multichannel App ID
