Description
Stellar Manager Essential manages connected WordPress sites without a site quota, paid activation, or expiration. It includes the dashboard, site connection and naming, pause and resume, inventory synchronization, individual WordPress/plugin/theme updates, operation history, interface language settings, and technical diagnostics.
Normal updates use the Client site’s WordPress update system. Essential does not create Stellar rollback points, perform Safe Update health checks, or offer automatic rollback. Backups, restoration, rollback, private ZIP repository management, and traffic reports are not included in the Essential code.
Stellar Manager Client is installed separately on each managed website. The separately distributed Stellar Manager Pro 2.2.0 or newer adds bulk updates, Safe Update, backups and restoration, rollback, a private plugin/theme repository, traffic PDF reports, and report emails with an active paid license. Paid Pro plans retain their site capacities: Freelancer (10), Starter (25), Agency (50), and Unlimited. Deactivating Pro returns to basic Essential without a site quota. Existing paired sites, backup archives, reports, and license data are not deleted by this upgrade.
Privacy and external services
The plugin does not contact the Stellar license service by default. After an administrator enters a Client pairing code, it contacts that selected client site over signed HTTPS to synchronize and perform requested operations. The manager queries api.wordpress.org only to check the separately installed Client release, and downloads legacy Client update packages only from downloads.wordpress.org. The Client may use WordPress’s normal update system for version information. Essential includes an optional installation status sharing setting that is off by default. Enabling it sends the manager URL, anonymous installation identifier, version, connected-site count, and last-seen time to stellar.gmscreativo.com. Disabling it requests removal. Essential does not collect visitor statistics. Technical diagnostics and operation history are stored on the manager site.

FAQ
-
Does Essential require a license or limit connected sites?
-
No. Essential’s included site management and normal update features have no paid activation, expiration, or site quota. Actual performance depends on your hosting resources.
-
Where are backups, rollback, and traffic reports?
-
These features are provided by the separate Stellar Manager Pro add-on, not this free plugin. Existing remote archives and saved manager data remain in place when upgrading or deactivating Pro.
